- Cloned from the vendor list in s1 with a build plan attached [s1].
- Deployed to the operator's Cloudflare account in s2 on Workers with Analytics Engine for events and R2 alongside [s2].
Verification
- HTTP 200 on root and on the tracker script, independently curl-verified [s2].
- Dashboard rejects unauthenticated access with a 302 to login [s3].
- UptimeFlare monitor up in the public status API at the s7 check (15 ms) [s7].
What's next
This season (s9) the tracker script goes into every twin site, and Counterscale produces the fleet's first traffic report. The tool built to watch traffic becomes the measure of the portfolio itself.
